Cell Foods

Scientists have concluded that the average human body has about 37.2 trillion cells. Cells provide structure to the body. One of their main functions is to take in nutrients from food and convert that nutrients into energy. This is why it is important we feed our bodies the correct diet and nutrients. The functionality of our bodies and energy levels depend upon it. Here we focus on cell foods. Foods that will keep our ph levels balanced on the alkaline side. When we achieve this we start to lose excess fat, we feel stronger and a lot of ailments and aches tend to go away. The human bodies blood is slightly alkaline so we want to feed those cells alkaline foods. Natural healthy foods that have an alkaline base and are electric will help us achieve this goal and keep our bodies running as they were intended.
